bObsweep Robotic Floor Cleaner Makes A Mom’s Life Easier

What chores do you wish you didn’t have to do? Honestly, I can name a lot — folding clothes after washing, doing the dishes, cleaning the bathroom and the toilet, cleaning the kitchen, et cetera, et cetera. Wouldn’t it be nice to not have to do these so we can spend more quality time with our family? But the reality is, we have to do them. Unless we want our house to look like one huge pile of trash.

One thing that can make our lives just a wee bit easier is the bObsweep Robotic Floor Cleaner.

bObsweep, affectionately called Bob, is a miracle worker! He is a 4-in-1 robotic floor cleaner, who can multitask easily and get the job done like no other robot’s business. Just let him go and he will vacuum, sweep, mop and sanitize your floors. He is excellent on hard floors and works as well on carpets.

The bObsweep comes with all of the accessories needed to clean different types of floors — a charging station which allows you to schedule him to work up to seven cleaning sessions per week (even when you’re not home), a remote control, a mopping attachment, and HEPA filters. There are a lot of positive things I can say about the bObsweep but I think my most favorite thing about it is that it works by itself. Just do a 12-hour initial charge on it then let it do its job. Once it feels the need for more charging, it goes back to the dock by itself! Imagine that! I won’t have to look around the house, wondering where its battery might have died just so I can put it back to the dock to charge!

While it may have a bit of noise, it’s not as loud as other vacuum cleaners. But if you find that the noise is still a bit distracting, you can schedule it to work during the times that you’re not home or during times when you can tolerate some level of noise.

All in all, I’m just glad I had the opportunity to review the bObsweep. With a toddler in the house, it’s just normal for me to find random pieces of food or snacks around. And instead of having to grab our heavy vacuum cleaner to clean it up, I can trust the bObsweep to pick up those pieces when it gets to that area of the house. Really makes my life easier!

  2. I love this Handy Little Gadget! I have some Bad Health & Pain Issues and I literally Dread Cleaning and especially Vacuuming! I love the Fact that you can Turn it on and Finish Up with your Chores, while it does all the work for you! Very Clever!   3. I think this is an interesting product, of course it does not compare to a real vacuum. I need to be honest I would not spend $200 on this product, maybe if I saw one for about $50 I might purchase it, otherwise I would just stick with a traditional vacuum. Thank you for sharing this review.

  6. I have serious back problems that make sweeping agony. I do rescue & foster for the Humane society & always have a house full of puppies & kittens. This machine would make my life so much better & I bet the babies would love chasing it, too.

  7. I love the multi-tasking abillity of the bObsweep. With it’s round design I do, however, wonder how well it works with cleaning the corners of rooms. Regardless, I would happily follow up and do the corners if I had one of these. 🙂

  11. You are so lucky! I would love to have a BOB for my house. With two kids and two cats my floors always look like they need to be cleaned. I sweep the floors at least twice a day and they still need to be swept the next day. Maybe I will get lucky and Santa will bring me a BOB.

  15. I want one. I hate to vacuum. It’s hard getting under the furniture. And, I love that it can be used on wood floors. My cleaner scratches, so I always have to wax the floor.

  16. I do think this bObsweep Robotic Vacuum is a Good Investment for Busy Moms or for some people who may have Trouble Doing Strenuous Daily Chores! I know my Grandmother would Love to have something like this. She is Not Able to do all the Heavy Cleaning like she used to now that she’s getting a Little Older. She is the Sweetest Little Thing but She will not Ask for Any Help even when she Desperately needs it! She doesn’t want to bother others with things Like Chores or Running errands! She doesn’t want to Rely on Others or to Lose Her Independence so at least if she has a Vacuum like this One she doesn’t have to! I Suffer from Bad Back & Neck Pain, so I can See how this might be Suitable for Certain People & Certain Circumstances! Maybe for Christmas I will Surprise my Grandmother with this Vacuum!   25. I would love to have one of these robotic sweeper/vacuums. We have vinyl floors in the kitchen and laundry and laminate in the living room and dining room and one of these robots would be great for helping us keep it all clean.   26. When robotic vacuums first came out they were not very impressive. This one sounds a lot better. It has a lot of great qualities. I love the return to base function when it needs to recharge. I would probably get the pet hair one.
